The winery of Château Sainte Eulalie, established in the last century,
is the traditional Languedoc "campagne", (term used for an estate
including the master’s house, employees’ lodgings, the cellars, and surrounding vineyards).
In February 1996, Isabelle & Laurent COUSTAL, launched into the captivating adventure
of redeveloping the Chateau Sainte Eulalie and its wonderful estate.
Awards
Chateau Sainte Eulalie wines are favoured with an excellent reputation with the press.
They are mentioned well in "Parker guide of French wines" and in "Hachette guide 2003"
and are also regular medal winners in various competitions.
