Grape Variety : 100 % Sauvignon
Vinification : Harvested by mechanical, and pressed immediately on arrival to the cellar,
fermentation at a base temperature of 15° C,
fermentation malolactique non faite.
Aging on lees for 2 months.
Tasting : Pale yellow with green highlights. Nose with aromas of exotic fruits (grapefruit,
pineapple, mango). The IS fat and round palate
with Good attack animation.
Serve with : fresh fish with sauces,
white meats, and or cold spicy meats.
The before dinner drink.
Ageing time : 2 ans
Condition : cartons of 6 bottles
