Because the quality of a great wine is born first and foremost from respect for the land, our estate places the environment at the heart of every decision.

Certified Organic since 2020, we cultivate our vines without compromise: healthy practices, living soils, and thriving biodiversity that bears witness every day to the vitality of our terroir.

We are also certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Value) level 3 — the most demanding certification — since 2014. This recognition, established by the Ministries of Ecology and Agriculture, attests that we go well beyond regulatory requirements: responsible water management, controlled phytosanitary strategy, balanced fertilisation and active preservation of biodiversity.

We choose quality over quantity. We do not seek to produce more. We seek to produce better. Our entire production is recognised under the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Minervois and Minervois La Livinière, two appellations that embody the very best of this exceptional Mediterranean terroir.
