Harvested by mechanical, and pressed immediately on arrival to the cellar, fermentation at a base temperature of 15° C, fermentation malolactique non faite. Aging on lees for 2 months.
Pale yellow with green highlights. Nose with aromas of exotic fruits (grapefruit, pineapple, mango). The IS fat and round palate with Good attack animation.
fresh fish with sauces, white meats, and or cold spicy meats. The before dinner drink.
